First it’s a drive up cake place!!!! So bad for my fat self lol!! Second best cake ever!! Cake is fluffy and not overly sweet the Carmel frosting is to die for but the lemon cake is also amazing can’t pick a favorite all of them were delicious!
I had the lemon cake. When I first bit into it, I tastes a stretcher (like a pudding that is used when baking) but it wasn’t overpowering. By the 2nd bite, there was no trace of a stretcher so it could've been me. What I do know is that it was worth every bit of my coin, I seamlessly licked the container and I will be back....probably today. Judge your edges. 😀
I’m up at midnight thinking of this place so I figured I’d write a review.. I love this place.. I am a loyalty member and every time I pay for my dessert they tell me they’ll see me next week.. I’ve been under that spell since the first day she said that to me and I’ve been been back every week. My favorites are the Neapolitan chunk,caramel chunk and the strawberry caramel chunk..Trust me you won’t be disappointed open Friday-Sunday. See you there lol

I ordered online for my chunks of cake to be delivered to North Las Vegas. I was updated along the way with regards to my delivery. When I arrived home to receive the box that had been left, I couldn't wait to get it open. I was afraid that because it had been left outside in 90° temps they would be ruined, but that wasn't the case. They were packaged well for travel across the states, they were packaged well in a beautiful Coco Cakes tin in an isolated box with cold packs. Everything was a fresh as if I had walked into the bakery and purchased that day! Great job to the owner and staff!! I will be ordering again.
Just don’t make no sense for cake to taste this good! The chunk as he calls it just MELT in ur mouth seriously melts? Crazy thing about it when u go there and order chunk u can get it ur way! Man I tried the Marble chunk and almost lost my mind! When I tell u good words can’t explain how good this chunk taste! Please come by a grab I slice, not to mention the other flavors all I can say MELT in ur mouth good. Anyone out there with no teeth no problem COCOCAKES got u! No chewing just put it in the roof of ur mouth and let the CHUNK do its thing! 👅😂😂Please come get ur CHUNK! I got mine!

I love these cakes! The caramel is the only one I’ve tried, it’s so so so good. It’s not your old school that your granny made but it’s definitely in the neighborhood. He has his own lane with the flavor, I can’t wait to get back up there 🤣
*edited update* I originally ordered a sundae that was not to standard however the company reached out and made it right. The brownie sundae (with strawberry and vanilla ice cream) pictured below is what was expected and exceeded expectations. It was very good and not too much chocolate drizzle. Very good. I appreciate the willingness to make it right; and you did. Thank you.
This past Friday May 8, 2026 my Sister, my Nephew and I ordered Chunk Cakes from Coco Cakes 🍰😍. Family, Coco Cakes is sooo good. I go there every now and then and it is always worth it.
